- Monthly updates are a defined number of hours — not unlimited amendments. Unused time does not roll over.
- Major new functionality, e-commerce, custom applications and large redesigns are quoted separately.
- Taxes are extra where applicable. AI API usage and third-party licences are billed separately or capped.
